Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kayak Fishing Supplies! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Batteries
Motors
Fish Finders

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kayakfishingsupplies.com. We’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 1 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@kayakfishingsupplies.com

Shop Pay Orders

Orders placed using Shop Pay Installments are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
